Skinny Overnight Oats
 
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ - ⅓ cup old fashioned oats (I use ¼ but add more if you desire)
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup non-fait plain greek yogurt (or full fat, or 2%, whatever you desire)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. almond butter, or peanut butter (optional)
  • ½ cup frozen cherries (or other fruit)
  • Mason Jar
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar, starting with oats, then almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, yogurt, then frozen cherries. You can either stir, or leave it like a parfait design. Store in fridge overnight, or up to 3 days.
  2. Enjoy!
