¼ - ⅓ cup old fashioned oats (I use ¼ but add more if you desire)
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup non-fait plain greek yogurt (or full fat, or 2%, whatever you desire)
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. almond butter, or peanut butter (optional)
½ cup frozen cherries (or other fruit)

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a mason jar, starting with oats, then almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, yogurt, then frozen cherries. You can either stir, or leave it like a parfait design. Store in fridge overnight, or up to 3 days.
