- Peel the tails off the shrimp. In a large skillet over medium heat, add grapeseed oil. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook, flipping after about 2 minutes per side. Add in the hot sauce, toss to coat the shrimp evenly, and turn off the heat.
- Heat the tortillas over an open flame on your stovetop. I like to get a good char on each side. Lay the tortillas out on a plate (or lettuce wraps if you so choose), and begin to assemble the tacos. Add the shrimp, and top with any/all of the garnishes – red onion, celery, dressing, chives, cabbage, etc.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
